I ordered this sweatshirt and eventually made it two and a half months later. I had to write three separate emails before I got a response and I never once received a single apology for how long this order took which is ridiculous . That is absurd and I will never be ordering anything from here ever again.
It has a good hand feel and embroidery quality, and a deep hood which is very nice.
But the sleeves are pretty short, and I got the sky blue colour, and it doesnt look much like how it was displayed on the website. As well the fufilment and shipping took a little under a month to get to Canada.
Have messaged multiple times about my order, never received a response. Got my items 2 months later and it was incorrect.
the quality is great and despite the shipping taking a very long time we really love what we got

The navy colour looked good on my boyfriend, and the embroidery was really well done. Even though my boyfriend wears a 2XL the Gildan brand fits on the smaller size so he might not be able to wear it as often as I would have hoped.

The hoodies took a little longer than expected to arrive but it was so worth it. The quality is amazing and they turned out beautiful. The customer service is also incredible. Any questions I had were answered and I was even provided with pictures of my order before they arrived to show that they were complete.
