The hoodies took a little longer than expected to arrive but it was so worth it. The quality is amazing and they turned out beautiful. The customer service is also incredible. Any questions I had were answered and I was even provided with pictures of my order before they arrived to show that they were complete. I placed my order in December and didn't get the hoodies until February. Ontop of that when your expecting fluffy comfy hoodies you get thin, breezy hoodies. Don't get me wrong very cozy and the details are exactly as I imagined! The hoodies are adorable and high quality even if it's not the texture you were expecting. They are thinner then preferred but still very nice, me and my boyfriend really like ours
