Since all orders are personalized, you cannot cancel to edit it once it’s being placed. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us directly at contact@lineandstitch.com

Refund
- Our artists will start on your work as soon as order is placed; so, due to the customized nature of the work, only 50% of the full payment is refundable once an order is placed.
- If the order has already been produced, any type of refund is not applicable.
- If your order is a digital product and it’s already been delivered, any type of refund is not possible.
- If for any reasons you’d like to change your design before production, you will be charged an additional $10 per new photo.
Exchange
- We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If the product arrives damaged, we offer free replacement, no questions asked. To be eligible, all you need to do is send ups a photo of damaged parts.
- Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
